Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy – ​​Blanco Tour

 

Cruise or Weather Unforeseen Circumstances: If the tour cannot take place due to weather conditions or other reasons (including cruises unable to dock), the full deposit will be refunded.

 

Passenger Illness: If any passenger is unable to attend due to illness and presents a medical certificate, the full deposit will be refunded.

 

Cancellation by Blanco Tour: If, for any reason, we as the provider are unable to provide the tour or service, the full amount paid will be refunded.

 

Cancellation Notice: All cancellations must be communicated before the start of the tour so that we can process the refund.

 

Availability for Other Passengers: By notifying us of your cancellation in advance, we allow other passengers to book those places or dates, helping to maintain availability and optimize tour planning.
